Comacc comply with BS EN ISO 9001:2000. The processes which support this system are subject to regular internal audits and the entire Quality Management System is reviewed every 6 months to ensure it’s continual improvement.

Objectives are set so as to provide targets for the company with regard to performance and customer satisfaction. Comacc is striving to reduce non-conformance and customer complaints. We’re continually reviewing our systems and providing measures to increase our profile in the telecommunications industry.

This policy is distributed to each member of staff who joins Comacc and is reviewed every 6 months by the management team, who will identify and communicate any changes. Quality, continual improvement and customer satisfaction are the
personal responsibility of each employee.
