The management team meet on a monthly basis to discuss business performance, identify any areas for development and provide resources where relevant. The results of these meetings are communicated to all staff at Comacc.

Comacc continuously monitors the performance of suppliers and feeds back to them on a regular basis regarding possible areas for improvement. The aim is to achieve a supplier base of quality-driven, reliable companies.
